Description

As part of the extension of the Gutenbrunnen school complex in 8862 Schübelbach, the contract comprises the execution of all timber wall cladding works in both buildings, including all required substructures, connections and finishing details. The scope of work includes the planning, fabrication, supply and installation of the timber wall cladding, including the required substructures, fixing materials, connection profiles, corner details, reveals, as well as all finishing and transition elements. The scope also includes all necessary adjustment and cutting works and the professional execution of connections to adjacent building components. The timber cladding shall be executed in accordance with the planning and architectural design requirements, taking into account the requirements for fire protection, sound insulation, moisture protection and durability. All visible surfaces, joint patterns, fixings and connections shall be executed in accordance with the architectural specifications and the tender documents. In addition, the works shall be coordinated with components provided by the client and with adjacent trades, in particular drywall, joinery, electrical and building services works. Openings, penetrations and connections required for installations and built-in elements shall be taken into account accordingly. All works shall be carried out during the ongoing construction process and coordinated in accordance with the construction schedule and the instructions of the site management.
