Description
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist eine zentrale, webbasierte Softwarelösung für das Prozessmanagement der Stadt Biel. Das Tool soll die einheitliche Erfassung, Visualisierung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen gemäss anerkannten Standards (z. B. BPMN) ermöglichen und umfasst zudem Dienstleistungen zur Einführung, Schulung, Support und Datenmigration.
