Framework Agreements (FA) for Client Representation / Specialized Project Management for SZU Rail Projects

Sihltal Zürich Uetliberg Bahn SZU AG is set to prepare and implement various infrastructure projects in the coming years (see “B2_Indicative Overview of Possible SZU Infrastructure Projects Through 2032”). To support its internal project organization, SZU is seeking experienced and capable companies to provide client support services in various technical and management roles for the years 2026–2031. The subject of this call for bids is the conclusion of framework agreements for various lots of client representation (see C1 Framework Agreement). Specific assignments will be project-specific, based on the SZU’s needs. Services are being solicited for the following roles or lots: • Client representation: Overall project management (Lot 1) • Client representation: Technical project management for track (Lot 2) • Client representation: Technical project management for overhead contact lines (Lot 3) • Client representation: Specialized project management for safety systems (Lot 4) • Client representation: Specialized project management for civil engineering (Lot 5) • Client representation: Specialized project management for electrical systems (Lot 6) • Client representation: Specialized project management for data networks (Lot 7) • Client representation for overall construction management (Lot 8) • Client representation for on-site construction management (Lot 9) • (Construction) technical support services for bid submissions by the requesting department (Lot 10) The external client representatives support SZU in fulfilling its role as client.
