Description

As part of the extension of the Gutenbrunnen school complex in 8862 Schübelbach, the contract comprises the installation of the photovoltaic (PV) system on the roof areas of both buildings, including all components and installations required for a complete and fully operational system. The scope of work includes the planning, supply, assembly, installation and commissioning of the complete photovoltaic system. This includes, in particular, the PV modules, substructures and mounting systems, DC cabling, inverters, protection and switching components, as well as all necessary connection and fastening elements. The scope also includes the professional integration of the PV system into the building’s electrical installation, the required metering, protection and monitoring equipment, as well as all necessary labelling, inspections, testing, measurements and documentation. The system shall be fully tested, commissioned and handed over to the client in a complete and operational condition. The installation of the PV system shall be coordinated with the adjacent trades, in particular the sheet metal, roofing, lightning protection and electrical works. All interfaces and requirements relating to roof waterproofing, mounting, equipotential bonding and lightning protection shall be taken into account. All works shall be carried out during the ongoing construction process and coordinated in accordance with the construction schedule and the instructions of the site management.
