Call for Tenders: SailPoint IAM Service Provider

Description

Through this call for tenders, LUKS is seeking suppliers who are able to provide SailPoint IIQ support to LUKS and make expert knowledge of SailPoint IIQ available to LUKS on an on-demand basis, based on a service and support contract. The contract has a term of 5 years, including the option of annual renewal up to a maximum term of 8 years, and, in addition to the support services and hourly rates for the various profiles provided, it sets out the standard hourly rate for all profiles as well as the provision of a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for LUKS, through whom all of LUKS’s enquiries and matters relating to the topics covered therein will be handled. out of scope of the procurement The licences and software maintenance for SailPoint IIQ are not part of this tender.
