External project management (client representative) for the development of the Bahnmatt, 6341 Baar

Description

The mandate for external project management (representing the client) encompasses providing support and advice to Einwohnergemeinde Baar regarding the project "Development Bahnmatt, Baar".

The project management team is responsible for the high-level coordination of the sub-projects outlined in the procurement program. Furthermore, the external project management team represents the interests of the Einwohnergemeinde Baar as the client, ensures that project objectives are met, and guarantees an orderly project process within the applicable political, legal, scheduling, and financial frameworks.

The contract initially covers only the first project phase, extending to approximately the end of 2030. Regarding subsequent phases, the award of a follow-up contract to the current mandate holder via a direct award procedure (pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 lit. e and i of the IVöB) remains an option.
