Das Planungsprojekt muss die Integration der sanften Mobilität sowie die landwirtschaftliche Nutzung und die Koordination mit Drittprojekten berücksichtigen.
Das Projekt muss die vollständige Instandsetzung / Neugestaltung des Löwenberg-Sektors berücksichtigen.
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen von BAMO (Büro zur Unterstützung des Bauherrn) und DGT (Allgemeine Bauleitung) für die Phasen EK-AP/MK-MP/DP-AO-RE.
