Unter Berücksichtigung der in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen festgelegten Zuschlagskriterien erweist sich das Angebot der Walo Bertschinger AG, 8953 Dietikon als das vorteilhafteste Angebot. Die Zuschlagsempfängerin erreichte in allen geforderten Kriterien die höchste Punktzahl. Die Zuschlagsempfängerin hat das günstigste Angebot eingereicht. Beim Kriterium «Referenzen / Qualität» erreichte die Zuschlagsempfängerin die zweitbeste Punktzahl. Es ist damit das vorteilhafteste Angebot.

Description

The existing fire station, the integrated municipal works yard (maintenance and forestry services), as well as the central collection point, water supply facilities and various civil protection installations located at different sites in Illnau-Effretikon no longer meet today’s requirements. For this reason, these various municipal services and the space they require are to be consolidated on a centrally located plot of land for the entire municipality in the Eselriet area on the outskirts of Effretikon. The new site in Eselriet offers the opportunity to fully implement the identified needs of the Departments of Safety and Civil Engineering. Therefore, a new fire and operations building is to be constructed on this site for the Department of Safety (fire brigade, emergency services, civil protection) as well as for the Department of Civil Engineering (maintenance operations, forestry and nature conservation, waste management, and water supply). The aim is to realize a sustainable, future-oriented and functional facility that creates synergies and brings together the needs of the fire brigade, civil protection, maintenance services, forestry operations, central collection point and water supply under one roof.
