Parking Operations and Management for RBS and AREMO

Description

RBS is procuring a modern, digital end-to-end solution for the management of its public Park+Rail parking facilities (on-street and off-street), as well as more than 200 employee parking spaces. The solution must enable the efficient, customer-friendly, and cost-effective administration of all parking facilities.

In addition, the solution to be procured must include an integrated or connected solution for parking enforcement and the implementation of parking regulations. Suppliers are free to choose the control and enforcement technology they consider most appropriate and may propose suitable concepts and procedures.

The proposed solution must comply with all applicable legal requirements and enable efficient, cost-effective, and customer-friendly monitoring of parking entitlements and parking fee payments. It must also include processes for the follow-up and processing of violations, the collection of outstanding charges, and comprehensive reporting and analytical capabilities.
