Nach Art. 41 der Interkantonalen Vereinbarung vom 15. November 2019 über das öffentliche Beschaf-fungswesen (IVöB, BSG 731.2-1) erhält das vorteilhafteste Angebot den Zuschlag. Als solches gilt das-jenige, das die Zuschlagskriterien am besten erfüllt. Gemäss der Auswertung trifft dies für das obenerwähnte Vergabeverfahren auf das Angebot des Unternehmens Lehmann Reisen AG, Von Werdt-Passage 5, 3011 Bern zu, da dieses am meisten Punkte erreicht hat.

Description

University of Bern is seeking a travel agency specializing in business travel. The agency must possess the necessary expertise and tools to provide professional, high-quality services. The following additional objectives are to be achieved:

• Increasing cost-efficiency for business trips

• Providing professional advice—particularly for travel to remote or hard-to-access regions (e.g., Greenland, the North Pole, deserts) and crisis or disaster zones—in the form of "all-in-one packages"

• Assistance with obtaining visas and permits in accordance with individual country regulations (e.g., necessary vaccinations)

• Support with booking and flight changes, as well as in emergencies

• Simplifying and reducing administrative tasks for university departments

• Maximizing the quality and efficiency of business travel bookings while taking sustainability aspects into account

• Providing data on business travel and associated emissions (in CO2 equivalents) in compliance with the Swiss CO2 Act

• Ensuring compliance with UniBe’s travel policy and other regulations throughout the booking process

• Providing up-to-the-minute information on UniBe employees' travel activities (e.g., for repatriation purposes)

• Regular reporting on services utilized by UniBe employees

The intention is to conclude an agreement (Service Level Agreement) with the successful travel agency for a maximum term of five years.
