Replacement throttle valve 3601 - as part of the Refurbishment of the Handeck 3 – Rotlaui drive water system

Description

Kraftwerke Oberhasli AG intends to drain the headwater tunnel in the summer of 2028 as part of the Handeck 3 headwater system refurbishment project. During this period, extensive maintenance work will be carried out, including in the Rotlaui throttle valve chambers. The DK 3601 throttle valve, which dates from 1953, is to be replaced by a new safety throttle valve. The access door to the valve chamber is a particular constraint in this regard.

This tender covers the design (engineering, dimensioning), manufacture and transport of the new butterfly valve, Ø2.1 m, complete with operating seal, closing weight and oil-filled servo motor.
