Subject of the procurement
Construction works for the new Promulins residential development.
The scope of works includes, in particular, the construction of the basement levels comprising the underground car park, cellar compartments and technical rooms, as well as the structural works for the stairwells.
Due to the site being located within the groundwater zone, the required specialist civil engineering works are also included in the tendered scope. These comprise all measures necessary for the proper construction of the excavation and the below-ground structural elements in accordance with the project and tender documents.
