Low-voltage and medium-voltage cables

Description

Supply of new low-voltage and medium-voltage cables, or cables no more than 1 year old, over a fixed contract term of 3 years starting 01.04.2027, with the option to extend the contract by 1 year at a time, up to a maximum of 5 contract years in total.

The client decides freely whether to use the option to extend the contract or to launch a new tender.

The tender is divided into 4 lots (LV-Cu, LV-Alrm, LV-Alse, and MV) with a total of 16 cable types, as listed below. As a rule, the two top-ranked bidders will be awarded the contract for each lot. The client reserves the right to award the contract for each lot to the two best-rated bidders in order to reasonably split the delivery volume and ensure that any delivery deadlines are met. The percentage split of the awarded volume may differ from lot to lot.

The client also reserves the right to instead award the framework agreement to only the bidder with the highest rating.
