Description

The request for proposals covers the calculation, design, construction, manufacture, testing, transportation, installation, commissioning, documentation, and warranty for several large power transformers (LPT), divided into a total of 4 lots as follows. Lot 1: 3 x Longitudinal & Quadrature regulated Transformer (LQT) 400 MVA, 380/220 kV LQT Soazza 1: 4 phases (1 transformer bank + 1 reserve group) LQT Soazza 2: 3 phases (1 transformer bank) LQT Tavanasa 1: 4 phases (1 transformer bank + 1 reserve group) The three transformer groups (phases) of a transformer bank each consist of an LRT and QRT in separate tanks. Lot 2: 4 x Longitudinal & Quadrature regulated Transformer (LQT) 800 MVA, 380/220 kV LQT Breite 1: 4 phases (1 transformer bank + 1 reserve group) LQT Breite 2: 3 phases (1 transformer bank) LQT Gösgen 1: 4 phases (1 transformer bank + 1 reserve group) LQT Gösgen 2: 3 phases (1 transformer bank) Lot 3: 2 x Phase Shifting Transformer (PST) 500 MVA, 220/220 kV PST Riddes 3: (2 tanks, 3-pole) PST St. Triphon 1: (2 tanks, 3-pole) PST with two cores, excitation and series transformers in separate tanks Lot 4: 1 x Longitudinal & Quadrature regulated Transformer (LQT) 400 MVA, 380/220 kV LQT Bickigen 1: (2 tanks, 3-pole) LRT and QRT in separate tanks For information on the earliest possible delivery dates for the individual LPTs, please refer to document 01_Verfahrensanweisung, Chapter 6.8.5, Mandatory Criterion LPT-MK5 – Latest Possible Dates for “IBS Completed,” and Chapter 6.9.6, Evaluation of the Award Criterion LPT-ZK4 – Date “IBS Completed,” in the bidding doc
