Type and Scope of the Contract

This tender concerns a service contract.

The purpose of this procurement is to tender the following service and insurance coverage:

• Construction Site Insurance comprising the following components:
• Construction Owner’s Liability Insurance
• Construction All Risks (CAR) Insurance
• Visitor Accident Insurance
• Excess Liability Insurance for Public and Professional Liability Policies

The construction project shall be divided into three phases (four sub-projects, four insurance policies).

This will be specified in greater detail under the section “Place of Performance”.
