Type and Scope of the Contract This tender concerns a service contract. The purpose of this procurement is to tender the following service and insurance coverage: • Construction Site Insurance comprising the following components: • Construction Owner’s Liability Insurance • Construction All Risks (CAR) Insurance • Visitor Accident Insurance • Excess Liability Insurance for Public and Professional Liability Policies The construction project shall be divided into three phases (four sub-projects, four insurance policies). This will be specified in greater detail under the section “Place of Performance”. Type of Procedure The service contract will be procured through an open procedure in accordance with the GATT/WTO Agreement and
