Description
The project includes the following elements:
- Outsourcing of the operational tasks for the communications solution, consisting of telephony, networking, alerting, and location tracking solutions.
- Transfer of operational responsibilities to the new operator (service transition)
- Replacement of infrastructure that will lose manufacturer support in the course of 2027
