Description
The Technische Betriebe Flawil (TBF) are planning a district heating network. Treated wastewater from the Flawil–Degersheim–Gossau Wastewater Association (AVFDG) will be used as the heat source for heat generation by means of heat pumps. The new energy centre will be constructed above the existing operations building at the Oberglatt wastewater treatment plant. The district heating network will supply heat to customers substations, where it can be used for space heating and domestic hot water production. An intelligent control and monitoring system will manage and supervise the entire network, from heat generation through to heat delivery.
The present tender document covers BKP 246 – Heat Pump System R-717 (Ammonia) for the energy centre.
