Das ASTRA ist für die Realisierung und Umsetzung des Projekts UeLS (IT-Managementsystem) im Rahmen des Programms SA-CH im Bereich der Territorialen Einheit II (Kantone Genf, Waadt, Freiburg) zuständig. - Kanton Waadt - Kanton Freiburg - Kanton Genf: der Teil in Genf ist optional. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen als BAMO (Büro zur Bauherrenunterstützung), APR (Projektverfasser) und DLT (örtliche Bauleitung) für die Phasen SIA 32 bis 53. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen betreffen in Betrieb befindliche Verkehrsinfrastrukturen mit hoher Verfügbarkeit.
