Description
The subject of the procurement is the interdisciplinary general planning services for the further design and implementation of the Weinfelden and Müllheim hydropower plants in the Canton of Thurgau.
The procurement is carried out jointly by Wasserkraftwerke Weinfelden AG, Thurkraftwerk AG and Isento Wasserkraft AG.
The mandate includes, in particular, the construction of the new hydropower plants, the restoration of fish passage, hydraulic engineering works, the dismantling of existing power plants and canal facilities, as well as the restoration of the affected areas and watercourses.
The procurement comprises two project lots:
- Lot 1 – Weinfelden Hydropower Plant: Contracting authority Wasserkraftwerke Weinfelden AG, general planning services for phases 32–53
- Lot 2 – Müllheim Hydropower Plant: Contracting authorities Thurkraftwerk AG and Isento Wasserkraft AG, general planning services for phases 31–53
Applications and tenders must cover both project lots. It is intended to award both project lots to the same general planner. A separate general planning contract will be concluded for each project lot.
