Framework Agreements for Planning Services in the Construction Sector

Description

The Electric Power Utility of the City of Zurich (ewz) manages an extensive real estate portfolio. This includes utility tunnels, transformer stations, substations, power plants, and administrative buildings.

To ensure the continuous operation of this wide range of facilities, ongoing condition assessments, feasibility studies, maintenance measures, and refurbishment works are required. Depending on the age, importance, construction type, and condition of the assets, a broad spectrum of measures may be necessary, ranging from individual interventions to major refurbishment projects and the construction of replacement facilities.

Services under the framework agreements may be commissioned by different departments within ewz. Depending on the specific assignment, projects may require the involvement of one or more of the planners covered by this tender.

The call for bids is divided into the following lots:

Lot 3: Building Services Engineering (HVAC)
Lot 4: Electrical Engineering Services
Lot 5: Specialized Planning for Building Automation
Lot 6: Construction Management for Small Contracts/Projects / On-Site Construction Management
