Description
ABB AC450 process controllers are in use at the Basel Waste-to-Energy Plant (KVA). These are no longer supported or maintained by ABB; therefore, they have reached the end of their service life and must be replaced. The controller replacement will be awarded in two separate lots:
- Lot 1: Necessary hardware for controllers and I/O stations, including interfaces.
- Lot 2: Software migration from existing AC450 controllers to AC800M controllers.
The migration of the old software must be carried out without modifying the process functions.
