IT Services: Digital Transformation Services & AI Technical Solution & Operation Services

Description

In addition to its own in-house services, the ZHdK is looking for companies to support it for three years (with an option to extend once by two years or twice by one year) with services in the IT field.
Specifically, this concerns the following services:

- Lot 1: Digital Transformation Services:

Expertise as well as consulting and support for the ZHdK in digital and agile transformation and the associated cultural change

Leading or supporting projects or programs in the area of digital and agile transformation

- *Lot 2: AI Technical Solution & Operation Services:

Building, further developing and operating AI services as well as the AI platforms, infrastructures and technical foundations required for this

Implementation, integration and governance of AI solutions as well as enabling the ZHdK to use artificial intelligence sustainably and securely

The requested services are divided into two lots. Each lot consists of one or more profiles for service delivery. The specific requirements and activities are described for each lot in the two lot descriptions in Chapter 2.

Companies are sought whose core competencies lie in the described areas of the IT environment and who have their own qualified personnel.

For each lot, the contract will be awarded to up to three companies. There is no limit on the number of bids, i.e. bids may be submitted for both lots. However, it is desired that companies focus their bids on their respective core competencies.
