Description

Execution of civil engineering, specialist foundation engineering and utility works for the construction of a new building. The building will be founded on micropiles. The excavation will be secured by means of a braced soldier pile wall and dewatered using an open drainage system. The below-ground structural elements will be constructed as a watertight concrete structure (“white tank”). The scope of work includes, in particular, site facilities, demolition and dismantling works, utility works, dewatering, excavation support and bracing, piling works, excavation and earthworks, handling of contaminated material, as well as paving and external works.
