Regional framework agreement for firefighter protective clothing – Werdenberg

Description

Conclusion of a regional framework agreement with a supplier for the delivery of fire-resistant clothing, consisting of jackets and pants, including subsequent deliveries as well as repair and maintenance services.

The procurement is being conducted jointly on behalf of the Werdenberg Süd Fire Department Association and the fire departments of Grabs, Gams, and Sennwald. The Werdenberg Fire Department Association will handle the administrative implementation and coordination on behalf of the participating contracting authorities.

The estimated procurement volume comprises 340 sets, each consisting of one jacket and one pair of pants, as specified in the quantity sheet. The quantities are non-binding estimates and do not constitute a minimum purchase requirement. Orders will be placed independently by the individual contracting authorities as needed.

The base term is five years, with two extension options of two years each. The maximum contract term is nine years. The contract is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.

The technical requirements, availability of replacement parts, and repair and maintenance services are governed by the tender documents.
