Description

As of April 1, 2026, the new public-law organization Sanadura will ensure the provision of healthcare in the Upper Engadine. Operating as an independent public-law entity established by the supporting municipalities of the Upper Engadine, Sanadura guarantees the provision of services to the regional population that are both needs-based and cost-effective. It is responsible for regional healthcare provision, specifically the operation and maintenance of elderly care centers and home care (Spitex) services.

As part of the organizational restructuring, an independent, modern, and future-proof ICT infrastructure is to be established for Sanadura. The goal is to create a stable, secure, and efficient technical foundation for the operations of all organizational units. Further details regarding the initial situation can be found in "Teil B Leistungsbeschrieb - Spezifikationen Ziff. 2.1 Ausgangslage" Section 2.1 (Initial Situation).

The procurement of the new ICT infrastructure is being conducted via this public tender. It includes a four-year term for operations and support services. The precise content and scope of the procurement are detailed in Section 2 of this document, as well as in "Teil B Leistungsbeschrieb - Spezifikationen" and "Teil C Anhang 3: Anforderungskatalog"
