Stockpiling of protective equipment and disinfectants

Objective of the Tender
Lot 1
A supplier is sought for six different types of protective materials and two disinfectants. This supplier will:
· deliver a portion of the quantities required under Government Council Resolution (RRB) No. 30/2026 to the logistics partner (to be selected under Lot 2) by the end of 2027 at the latest, and subsequently rotate this stock on an ongoing basis to permanently avoid the need for disposal.
· hold the remaining portion in stock as a reserve. Payment for this portion of protective materials and disinfectants will be made only upon actual requisition, in accordance with the quoted price structure. The requested quantity must be delivered to the logistics partner (to be selected under Lot 2) within a specified response time when required.

Lot 2
A logistics service provider is sought as a partner to:
· physically store the delivered protective materials and disinfectants on a long-term basis, and
· ensure order picking and delivery to end customers when required.

The volume of goods to be stored is estimated at approximately 750 Euro-pallets.

Both lots are being tendered via an open procedure in accordance with Art. 18 of the Act on Accession to the Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement of 15 November 2019 (BeiG IVöB; LS 720.1).
