Description

The Main IT Department is the central competence and service centre for information technology for the cantonal administration, the courts and the municipalities. Among other things, it manages the client fleet for the cantonal administration, as well as for the three political municipalities of the Canton of Glarus and for the cantonal and vocational school. With this invitation to tender, the Main IT Department intends to appoint a reliable contractual and delivery partner for convertible and clamshell notebooks for the next five years. The supplier shall act as the general contractor. A framework agreement shall be concluded that defines technical, logistical and financial parameters, enabling the relevant devices to be called off as required during the term of the contract. Furthermore, the products put out to tender should be capable of being integrated into the existing environment in the best possible way and should ensure a smooth process when new products are put into operation.
