Engineering services: overall project management and HVAC for the Opfikon district heating energy centre

Description

The town of Opfikon is aiming to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. With the establishment of heating and cooling supply as a municipal responsibility, district heating has been defined as strategic infrastructure, and Energie Opfikon AG (EOAG) has been commissioned to set up a district heating network for the entire town. Opfikon is to be supplied primarily with waste heat from the Digital Realty data centre. In future, Opfikon will be supplied with heating and, where necessary, cooling via the EZ ARA Opfikon facility.

The following planning services are required:
- Project manager for the interdisciplinary project / overall management of all trades
- Technical coordination of HVAC and cooling / technical planning of HVAC
- Fallback scenario: technical coordination of HVAC and cooling / technical planning of HVAC
- Redundancy scenario: technical coordination of HVAC and cooling / technical planning of HVAC
