**Schlosstal Clinic – Tender for General Planning Services for the Complete Renovation of the Production Kitchen**

Description

The project comprises the conversion and technical and operational reorganisation of the existing production kitchen and the associated ancillary, storage, staff and technical areas. The implementation will be carried out in three stages in order to minimise operational disruptions and the need for costly temporary arrangements.
The general planning services for the project “Complete Renovation of the Production Kitchen” of Integrierte Psychiatrie Winterthur (hereinafter referred to as “ipw”) at the Schlosstal Clinic, Wieshofstrasse 102, 8408 Winterthur, are being put out to tender.
The commissioned services comprise the following SIA sub-phases: 32 (Building Project), 33 (Building Permit Procedure), 41 (Tendering, Bid Comparison and Award Proposal), 51 (Detailed Design), 52 (Execution and Commissioning) and 53 (Project Completion).
