Das Angebot der Zuschlagsempfängerin war insgesamt das Vorteilhafteste und hat am meisten Punkte erhalten. Ausschlaggebend war insbesondere das Zuschlagskriterium «Preis», beim dem die Zuschlagsempfängerin das niedrigste Angebot eingereicht hat.
