Description
Sanadura is tendering the external provision of catering services for the Promulins residential care centre in Samedan, the Du Lac residential care centre in St. Moritz, and the Spitex meal service. The contract includes, in particular, menu planning, procurement, meal production and provision, staff catering, dietary and special meals, logistics, quality assurance, and food safety. The operation of Bistro Du Lac and Cafeteria Promulins is also part of the contract. Service delivery will commence on 1 May 2027.
