Award of architectural, overall project management, and construction management services for the F&L MRI Center Lengg project

Description

The subject of this tender is the provision of architectural, overall project management, and construction management services for the "F&L MRI Center Lengg" project.

The scope of the contract includes:

Work Package 2: Conversion of Wing AV into an MRI center;

Work Package 3: Relocation of the MRI infrastructure from Wing TM to Wing AV;

−

Work Package 4: Clearing of Wing TM to facilitate site preparation for the "Lengg East" (Lengg OST) development area.

The appointed architectural firm shall assume overall project management and construction management responsibilities on behalf of the design team. The necessary specialist planners and experts will be contracted separately by the client, while being coordinated and technically integrated by the overall project manager.

Work Package 1—the relocation of existing functions out of Wing AV—is not part of this tender. This work package will be planned and coordinated separately by the client in advance.
