Le projet consiste en la construction et mise en service d’une centrale de production thermique destinée à l’Hôtel Fairmont situé Quai du Mont-Blanc 19 à Genève. L’objectif de cette installation est de fournir simultanément chauffage et refroidissement grâce au réseau de production thermique GeniLac®, utilisant l’eau du lac Léman comme source d'énergie renouvelable.
