Replacement purchase of ICT client hardware of the Dübendorf primary school

Description

Dübendorf Elementary School is procuring new ICT devices for students and staff as part of a one-time purchase. The request for proposals is divided into two lots. For each lot, the scope of services includes a one-time delivery of the devices to a central location at Dübendorf Elementary School (delivery to the classroom), unpacking including proper disposal of packaging materials, handling warranty and repair requests via a service desk, and ensuring the availability of functionally equivalent models throughout the service life. The standard 24-month warranty is included in the device price; additional warranty options must be included in the bid. Delivery is scheduled for summer 2027. No master agreement will be entered into.

The quantities specified in the request for proposals are maximum quantities and are considered estimates in accordance with Art. 35(c) of the IVöB. The contracting authority reserves the right to procure only a portion of the services after the contract is awarded (Art. 35(q) of the IVöB). The open-book principle applies to hardware.
