Description
Through this framework agreement tender, the City of Chur aims to select up to four technically competent, capable and customer-oriented AV systems integrators for long-term collaboration. The services to be provided comprise the comprehensive execution of projects, lifecycle measures and service work on an order-by-order and as-needed basis.
The scope of services includes the following (see Annex 1, AV Schedule of Services, for details):
- AV Trade and installation planning (excluding specialist AV design and planning)
- Project management
- Supply of hardware
- Installation
- Programming, configuration, software and AV network integration
- Commissioning
- Acceptance and rectification of defects
- Documentation
- Handover and training
- Warranty services
- Servicing, maintenance and upkeep
- Participation in standardisation activities
